Bentley and Tucker both completed the 3 qualifying legs toward their Coursing Ability titles this past weekend in wichita, kansas. It was great fun watching them chase the "rabbits"

I saw these on FB, but just love them. I wish I could see them in bigger format (my eyes are officially getting old, lol), but they are great pictures. Looks like a ton of fun, too!

A couple weeks ago Bentley earned 4 more CAT legs. He is working towards his CAA (coursing ability advanced) title. He needs 10 CAT legs for the title.

That looks like so much fun and great to let the dog catch the prey at the end. That grab shake shake must be very satisfying.
I bet they have great chasing dreams that make their legs kick! lol

Denise (my sister) is having fun with him. One of there outings was swimming... )
This weekend he showed at a UKC show. He has earned 1/2 of his points toward his UKC championship. He took 2 Group 1's today. He has 2 UKC shows tomorrow as well.
Last weekend he took 4th place in the ratting for ratings game where he had to identify the pvc pipes with a rat in them. Some had rats in them, some just had bedding. He also took a Group 2 at the AkC match.
He has conformation handling class on wednesday nights & obedience class on thursday nights.
Coming up he will be doing earthdog, more lure coursing, & a new event barnhunt (http://barnhunt.com/).
After christmas & possibly thanksgiving he will be doing field trials too.
