LOL, we had snow today and wind chill factors around 10 degrees and the dachsies couldn't get enough of it! They were out trying to eat snowflakes! I on the other-hand was trying to stay warm by the fireplace. Ruth

Moscato looks like he's growing up nicely. You're going to have some serious fun in the ring with him once that coat comes in just a bit more on his tail and front.

Thank you, his litter mate just took a 5pt major a few days ago...I am taking him out for the first time next weekend! majors all four days and I hope he places one of those days.

Best of luck to you, Susie! I'm watching those shows you're going to carefully. Kali from my litter will be there again, and I'm crossing fingers for her and her kennel mate Drama! I guess I'll add you to my watched list, lol.

Kira definately has Erik's head and the shading on her ears is just like his:)
Quinn starts in the ring in March. Cindy says he should do well..Chloe is another story

I am DYING to post stacked pics of both Chloe & Quinn, but Cindy has made me practically swear not too until she enters him in his first show, lol. I will say that Chloe is my favorite! She likes Quinn and she has been taking him to shows to get him usd to the ring. The few times she has taken him, she says that several people have approached her and complimented her on his movement and build she also said someone said, "You have a Sebastian pup" LOL..she thought that was funny as she has never heard anyone refer to Erik as 'Sebastian' LOL..Quinn she says is going to do quite well she thinks, or at least *hope's* ..she says he follows commands very well and his movement is wonderful. Apparently he and Chloe both are built like sh** brick houses (so to speak).. Chloe on the other hand, although she is absolutely built wonderfully, Cindy says she is scatter brained right now and practically 'chases butterflies' as she calls it. Won't focus or follow suit with the other dogs unless she walks her along side her standard bitch on a lead. She say's when she walks her alone, she does good for a bit, then gets easily distracted and falls into that whole ADHD attitude ..I am fearing the worst and that maybe somewhere along the line our little Mr Erik produces these wild child's (aka BUFFY) Cindy is not lost hope on her and we are going to hold off on her just a tad more to let her mature and see how she does. She is working really hard with her and she has hope for her.
Buffy is Buffy. She is and I am afraid will always be mental to a certain limit. I have never met a more stubborn, hardheaded dog in my life. When Cindy said Chloe was çhasing butterflies', I knew exactly what she meant Buffy turned a year last October and she is still very immature and wild. I am hoping she calms down after her first litter because she is still the house brat and demands all of our attention constantly. She literally drives all my dogs insane

Some do take longer to mature than others,even litter mates. In human families the kids are never all the same, just depends on which genes we are dealt.
