Pill splitting *by hand*! No knife needed!

These pills are awful to split. A sharp knife rarely cuts it in half, more like 2/3s and 1/3, plus one part often crumbles. The vet showed us how to split with fingers only but we had some trouble duplicating that. At home we tried a bread bag closure, which seemed like the perfect height to line the score on the pill with the edge, then use fingers. Way better than a knife! Sorry we don't have a better video of such a small demonstration.
