Hello from the Deep South...

Hi all, I’m Janet from SW Georgia. I have been involved in dogs in one way or another, mainly sporting (pointers) and hound (whippets) breeds most of my life. I’m presently downsizing and have 2 mini wire boys, Griffin, 6 yrs. is my epi-dog (is on KBr and has been seizure free since April 2010) and I now have a show pup - Bo, 9 months… who I co-own with Susan Hunt. Bo went into the ring recently…first time out, went BOW, Reserve the next day, WD the third day... not too shabby for his debut. I have only been in the breed for 6 years, but absolutely adore these little dogs and sure wish I’d been introduced to the breed sooner. I have learned so much from others like Claire (Tinsnips)< thanks! > forums, blogs, books & websites and look forward to learning more. My interests are in form and function, the differences in what others breed for, health issues and testing, European type vs. American type and lots of others.
