CKC Registration Question

Long story short, we bought a puppy from a breeder in the states when she was 6 months old. She was sold with full AKC paperwork, it took us months to get the paperwork after the puppy had been shipped to us. I think she was over a year before we finally got it. When we got the paperwork, the registered name was a bit different than what we had told the breed, which was no big deal in and of itself, but she had put ML at the end of the name instead of SL. This puppy is a standard and was sold to us as a standard, I have no idea why she put ML at the end. We have been trying to get the breeder to change it or authorize the change with no real success, we even offered to pay for it even though it was her mistake.

Anyways, now we're finally getting around to getting her registered with the CKC but is this going to cause us problems with her registered AKC name ending in ML when she's a standard?
