Maybe I should just pack more clothes and stay while I'm already down for the Helena shows Wish I could but my passport expires on Oct 4th so have to get my butt back home or I may be there a long time .....

Claire you need a passport to go from one Country to another and because I am in Canada I need one to enter the USA and to return back home of course.......will have to apply to get it renewed once I get back home....

We Americans used to be able to visit Mexico and Canada just using our drivers licenses, and now we need passports to re-enter our own country, too. So until I get a passport, I can't show in Canada either. It's a bummer, and it's a PITA to get that passport.

Since all the terrorism etc. you need a passport no matter what country you travel to now......we also could use our drivers licence to cross the Canada/USA borders before the rules changed. I seem to get far more hassle trying to get back home into Canada than do going into the USA....ridiculous really. Is it really a PITA to get a passport down there?? All we do here is fill in the application show our birth certificate and other ID and pay the money and then wait till it's approved and it arrives......

That would have been fun lisa! You could went to lots of shows... in the mean time or else just come hang out at my place, I have a guest room.
